Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using QuotIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
QuotIQ provides an AI-powered air freight quotation automation platform for freight forwarders. The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@quotiq.app.
4. Free trial
New accounts receive a 21-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
5. Billing and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Founding member pricing (€199/month) is locked for life for accounts created among the first 50 subscribers. Standard pricing (€399/month) applies to all subsequent accounts. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: — Use the service for any unlawful purpose — Attempt to access other customers' data — Reverse engineer or copy the service — Use the service to send unsolicited commercial email — Interfere with the service's infrastructure
8. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your data. By using the service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
QuotIQ and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by QuotIQ OÜ. Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership over any data you upload or generate through the service.
10. Limitation of liability
QuotIQ is provided 'as is'. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of AI recommendations, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days notice via email.
